BETTER BROKEN is my latest full-album release, and it's an album that, despite being on the shorter side, took a considerable amount of effort to make. Coming off of The Plan To Overwhelm, I found myself wanting to hold the music I make to a higher standard, and so I set the challenge of making every song on this album better than any of the tracks found on TPTO, which, as you can imagine, slowed things down a bit.

In order to accomplish this, every song needed to excite me, and as a result there are no slow songs on this album. I of course have nothing against more slow-burn music (ambient stuff is its own kind of exciting), but it just didn't feel right for this release. There are no lullabies on this album.

Whether or not I was successful in achieving my goals is up to you, but in my opinion this is my best, most well-produced, and most consistently high-energy album to date. I hope you like it!
